The clock starts the day your listing goes live. If you haven’t exchanged contracts within 90 days, you can claim a full refund of our fee — no forms designed to make you give up, no “store credit”.

We ask only two things: that you’ve followed the method — the preparation checklist, the evidence-based price, the open homes — and that your home was genuinely on the market for those 90 days. That’s what makes the promise fair in both directions.
