Stage 02

Price it with evidence

A focused session

  • Pull comparable sales for your suburb and walk you through what they really say
  • Build a pricing strategy with you — the number, the logic and the fallback positions
  • Explain how buyers search, so your price lands in the right search brackets

  • Decide your price. It’s your home and your call — informed, not pressured
Stage 03

Go live on the portals

Live within days

What we do

  • Get your listing onto Australia’s major property portals, where the buyers are
  • Help you write copy that earns the click — honest, specific and warm
  • Set up enquiry handling so every buyer message and call comes straight to you

What you do

  • Approve the listing — every word, every photo, before it goes anywhere
Stage 04

Show, talk, negotiate

The main event

What we do

  • Coach you through hosting opens and private inspections — what to say, what to never say
  • Hand you our buyer-handling scripts for enquiries, objections and lowball offers
  • Stay on call during negotiations, so you never face a hard conversation alone

What you do

  • Host the opens — nobody sells your home’s story better than you
  • Take the offers, with us in your corner, and accept only the one you’re happy with
Stage 05

Contract to settlement

4–6 weeks, typically

What we do

  • Hand you the contract-to-settlement checklist, so every step is visible and on time
  • Help you brief your conveyancer or solicitor, who handles the legal paperwork
  • Stay available until the day it settles

What you do

  • Engage a licensed conveyancer or solicitor (required in every state — same as with an agent)
  • Pop the champagne. You’ve earned it, and you’ve kept the commission

Backed the whole way

If it doesn’t sell in 90 days, you don’t pay.

Every stage above is covered by one flat fee of $2,990 — refunded in full if your home hasn’t sold within 90 days of listing.
